Vani is currently enrolled in the Yoga Instructor training program through VYASA - The Vivekananda YogaAnusandhana Samsthana. VYASA is a University whose work has a presence in 20 countries worldwide, with collaborative research projects in the USA andUK. Her thesis topic is - Yoga: A quest of Self. Vani also teaches at the Livermore Hindu Temple, at the Tri-valleyYMCA, and at Hot Box Yoga in Hayward. Vani teaches the class Gentle Flow class on Friday at noon. This class includes standing poses, sitting poses linked together with Sun Salutations, prone asanas and supine asanas. It is a gentle,smooth flow and is quite peaceful. Also, the flow combines classic yogapostures with breath. The result is an incredible body/mindworkout. A beautiful Yoga Practice for those who are looking for betterbody strength, tone and definition combined with stress reduction and totalrelaxation.
