Terms

* We accept cash, most major credit cards and personal checks. 
* 6-class and 12-class cards are good for any regularly scheduled class. 
* Weekend Workshops and Retreats are priced separately. 
* Monthly Membership entitles student to 1 class per day for 30-day period
* Monthly Membership requires a 4-month initial commitment. 
* Monthly Membership auto-renews every month
* Monthly Membership may be cancelled with 30 day notice after the 4-month commitment has been met.

Need to know...

Yoga is practiced in barefeet - please remove your shoes immediately upon entering the studio.

Please arrive on time for class and inform your instructor of any physical limitations or restrictions.

Yoga supplies such as mats, blankets and straps are available for your use at the studio.

We encourage bringing your own yoga mat. Mats and props are available for purchase for home practice.

Breathe, breathe, breathe!

Wear loose fitting clothing that you find comfortable to move in.

Try not to eat a heavy meal before class - an empty stomach is best.

Taking from several instructors will help you find the instructor and style that is right for you.

Beginners and newcomers are ALWAYS WELCOME!
