Yin Yoga Workshop with Laurie Krause
Saturday - May 17, 2008 1:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
|
If you are interested in deepening your yoga postures, increasing your range of motion or increasing your flow of energy, then come join us at the "Yin Yoga" workshop.
What it does: Yin Yoga helps you focus on the deeper tissues of the body. Yin gently opens the body to increase flexibility and create more space. This is a great compliment to your current yoga practice, and/or other athletic endeavors. How it’s performed: You will ease into various yoga postures that you can relax and hold comfortably for 3 to 7 minutes. We will use appropriate props to insure your comfort, allowing you to stay in the postures and be able to gently loosen and open various areas of the body, (mainly hips and lower back).
Cost: - $35 in advance - $40 at the door.
